Ingame Rules Empty
PostSubject: Ingame Rules   Ingame Rules EmptyFri May 28, 2010 8:35 pm

Hacking or taking advantage of bugs/glitches. This is not tolerated, and you will be banned.

Harrassment. The punishment you get depends on the amount of harrassment. For example, if you harrass someone just once, and there is solid proof, you'll get a warning. If, however, you do it again, you'll get banned.

Impersonating (copying) staff. This is an instant ban, no questions asked. To avoid this, check the Staff list every so often for updates on Staff members.

Insulting/disrespecting staff. This will get you punished, depending on what you do. The first time, you will be warned. The second time, you will get a one hour mute. The third time, you will simply get banned for repeatedly insulting a member of Staff.

Staff Tooling. Staff tooling (saying stuff like "I know a GM/Admin! They'll ban you!") to gain an unfair advantage is against the rules. If you know a GM, then you know that they will not take sides and ban a player just because you ask them to. They will only punish people with a good reason. If you do this, you'll be warned the first time. The second time, though, you'll most likely get banned. Us Staff don't like being used to gain an advantage in an argument.

Bugging Staff for Stuff. This includes asking for items, penya, events, or rain, especially if you keep asking them. This'll earn you a warning. If you do it again, a temporary (most likely an hour) mute. If you still do it when the mute runs out, it is the GM or Admin's decision on what to do with you.

Spamming. Do not spam the chat. If you spam, we will warn you. If you continue to do it, we'll just mute you.

Restoring items. To be fair, the only time we would really restore your item(s), is when it is OUR fault that you lost the item. If you provide us with a screenshot, and we will replace your item.

Looting and KSing (Kill stealing). These are not punishable until it gets to the point where you're doing it to harrass the player, and clearly victimising them. If a player is ksing/looting you, simply move , or change to a different spawn or Azria channel. If you wish to, you can tell any member of staff and I'm sure they'll watch for a bit. If they continue to do it, the appropriate actions will be done.

Offensive names will not be tolerated. Just like on the forums, names that are offensive to other races, sexuality's, or religious beliefs, are not tolerated. If you are found with a seriously offensive name, you're character will be muted and frozen permanently.

Don't EVER accept spawned items from anyone, Staff members will not spawn anything for you unless it is for an event. Otherwise if something is offered to you, do NOT accept it. If you are caught with a spawned item, your account will be banned permanently. Your best course of action is to decline the item, screen shot everything and report it immediately!

Scamming is NOT a bannable offense. If you are scammed by someone then it is your own fault for not paying close enough attention. Attention to detail is very important during trades, So please keep a watch out. However If I catch people doing intentional scams, such as mail scams and putting an item in their shop saying it is one thing and it is something else just to trick someone into purchasing it We will Ban your account permanently.

Cross-Server and Cross-Game Trades: Cross-server and cross-game trades are not against the rules outright, but our staff will not help you if you are scammed or the trade does not completely successfully and contacting us about such failed trades may result in action being taken against your account. Additionally, attempting to advertise such trades on our server will usually result in punishment depending on the severity and frequency of the offence.

Language: Please, if you are ingame, and in general chat, keep the language PG-13! We have kids playing this game, so please, be respectful.
